For our client in the Kreuzlingen region, we are looking for several talented, communicative and sales-oriented personalities for entry into inbound customer service, effective immediately or by arrangement. Ideally, you live in the Kreuzlingen / Konstanz DE region (maximum 45 minutes commute) and are looking for a long-term perspective in the dynamic telecommunications industry? Call Agents Inbound telecommunications industry billing department for telecommunications providers (m/f/d)
Work location: Kreuzlingen (TG) region (maximum 45 minutes commute)
Workload: 80% - 100% (working days: 5 days per week between Monday and Saturday from hour to hour)
Type of employment: 6-12 months temporary, afterwards possibility of permanent employment
Entry: Mandatory from job description

• Customer Consultation & Support: You conduct and document incoming telephone calls in the administrative area and answer billing inquiries competently.
• Sales & Portfolio Optimization: You identify customer needs during the conversation and use opportunities for active up- and cross-selling to sustainably optimize the customer portfolio.
• 1st-Level Support: You receive technical malfunctions and process them in a solution-oriented manner.
• Service Excellence: You offer all-round customer-oriented and friendly product and service advice.

Desired Profile

• Communication & Sales Talent: You are eloquent, motivated, persuasive in conversation management and bring a strong sales affinity.
• Experience & Affinity: Initial practical experience in technical customer support is an advantage. You possess a high service orientation, a good understanding of telecommunications and a quick grasp.
• IT Knowledge: You have good PC knowledge as well as advanced IT user knowledge.
• Personality: You demonstrate tact in delicate customer situations, are flexible, reliable and have the willingness for active customer retention.
• Availability & Shift Readiness: The 7-week training (Mon-Fri) must be able to be completed 100% mandatorily.

Flexibility for working hours from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00 (Sundays always free). Regardless of the workload, you work 5 days per week and will be scheduled 2x per month on Saturday.
Formalities: An impeccable criminal record certificate as well as an extract from the debt enforcement register must be able to be submitted as quickly as possible upon acceptance.
