For the anesthesia consultation, we are looking for a highly motivated medical assistant (80%) starting from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
In the context of the centralization of our clinics, we are looking for flexible personalities who appreciate varied tasks and diversified missions in our outpatient departments.

Your tasks

• Organization, coordination and preparation of consultations / registration for surgeries
• Opening of files / management of visits (PDMS & SAP)
• Processing of postal and electronic mail as well as management of telephone requests
• Active collection, verification and follow-up of missing patient documents
• General administrative tasks / processing of Q lists
• Close organizational and administrative support to the head of clinic
• Responsibility for the correct entry of working time for senior doctors and team colleagues
• Preparation, coordination and continuous optimization of weekly schedules and shifts
• Supervision and quality assurance of processes in the "blood bank" area
• Handling of delegated special tasks

You bring

• Completed training as an MPA
• Perfect command of German orally and in writing, French is desired, any other foreign language is welcome
• Pronounced social skills as well as strong communication skills
