We are looking for our Centre de Jour Arc-en-ciel to support our beneficiaries in their daytime activities, a:

Socio-professional Instructor / Social Educator (M/F)

Your mission:

• Accompany beneficiaries in various individual or collective activities, ensuring that they are structured, predictable and promote learning.
• Contribute to the development of the individual projects of each person, by providing active support in their implementation.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team, with internal and external partners, to guarantee a coherent and high-quality approach.

What we expect from you:

• Training as a Socio-professional Instructor, Social Educator or equivalent.
• Experience and a real interest in supporting people with disabilities, with a particular focus on beneficiaries presenting an ASD.
• Dynamism, autonomy, creativity and flexibility on a daily basis to adapt your interventions.
• Solid interpersonal and administrative skills, essential for fostering fluid communication with teams and case management.
