Your tasks

• Assigning/triaging medical reports in compliance with data protection and internal work instructions
• Undertaking medical clarifications for the medical advisor,
• Obtaining all information relevant to the assessment of the case as well as the preliminary and follow-up processing of medical inquiries for the medical advisor
• Providing written and telephone information regarding medical issues to customers, employees, service providers and other insurances

Your profile

• You have a completed paramedical, commercial or equivalent training and bring experience in a similar function
• You have an independent, self-responsible way of working, are a team player, solution-oriented, resilient and motivated to learn new things
• You bring excellent German skills and speak fluent French and/or Italian.
