Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk, 80-100 %

We are shaping Zürich from the ground up: livable and climate-neutral. Contribute your expertise and work with us on a future-oriented city. For the accounting department, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement, limited to one year.

Tasks ##

• You code invoices and post them in the electronic accounts payable workflow.
• You check invoices based on the contracts.
• You record orders, payment schedules, and awards.
• You create accounts receivable invoices and collect cautions and deposits.
• You provide technical support to the project managers and the cost center managers.

Profile ##

• Completed commercial basic training and professional experience in the area of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Independent and proactive personality with quick comprehension
• SAP user knowledge is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
