We are looking for immediately or by agreement for a Training Manager (SVEB 2) in the field of support and care approx. 60 %. It is possible to work at a higher activity rate. The working time exceeding approximately 60 % must be carried out in care.

Your profile:

• You are an experienced HF/FH trained nurse with several years of professional experience.
• You have joy and interest in the support and care of elderly people as well as in the development of the training field.
• You possess the federal certificate of trainer (SVEB 2) and corresponding professional experience or are willing to follow it.
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills and are competent in terms of didactics and methodology.
• You have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, e-Pak, PK-Org).
• You are motivated and take pleasure in supporting and accompanying learners and trainees during their training.

Your tasks:

• Management of the training field with a team of approximately 4 people
• Planning of learning support and conducting targeted learning sequences
• Support in the field of support and care for the supervision and evaluation of learners and trainees
• Openness to training tasks throughout the entire house
• Advice and support of the team of trainers
