We are looking for an HR and Office Manager (f/m/d) 50 – 70% starting immediately

These are your tasks:

• General secretarial tasks (operating the telephone switchboard, handling incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence)
• Visitor reception
• Document filing, contract management
• Manage and order office supplies
• Administration of office premises, keys, company cars and parking spaces
• Organization (and implementation) of internal personnel events
• Personnel administration, absence management
• Recruitment and application management
• Personnel development and support
• Implementation of internal projects
• Support of the management
• Optional and if interested: Collaboration in accounting

This is what you bring with you:

• Commercial training, at least 2 years of corresponding professional experience
• Organizational talent, independent way of working, good time and priority management
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Sympathetic appearance, quick comprehension, resilience and flexibility
• Stylish German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user skills (especially Microsoft Office)
