Payroll Specialist at 80% M/F

Altrajob is supporting its client, a company active in the industrial sector. As part of the creation of a new position for its Human Resources department, we are looking for a:

Payroll Specialist at 80% M/F

>>> Your missions:

• Ensure the complete processing of salaries (200 employees) and control the accuracy of salary data * Manage social insurance, withholding tax, and associated declarations * Prepare salary certificates * Answer employee questions regarding their remuneration and deductions * Guarantee compliance with legal obligations and collaborate with HR and accounting departments

>>> Your profile:

Benefiting from the HRSE certificate as an HR manager or an equivalent training, you have at least 10 years of experience in payroll, which allows you to be perfectly autonomous in the role.

You master French and possess very good knowledge of German (level B2).

Travel will be to be expected to other group sites (located 50km from the main site).

Organized and rigorous, you know how to manage priorities with autonomy and discretion.

• A position at 80% on a fixed contract + A salary between 80'000.- and 90'000.- gross annually at 100% + Attractive working conditions, in line with your experience
