What you achieve ##

• Integral processing of medical liability claims (hospitals and freelance medical professionals) and complex personal injury claims from various liability sectors
• Independent negotiation with policyholders, claimants, medical professionals, lawyers, authorities, and insurers
• Collaboration on projects and conducting internal training
• Professional support for employees of the agencies, the claims departments, underwriting, and other internal departments
• Field of activity: German-speaking Switzerland, workplace by agreement

What you bring ##

• Completed legal education, preferably with a lawyer's patent or other qualified training (e.g., legal agent), CAS Liability and Insurance Law
• Experience in the field of liability, medical, and/or social insurance law
• Enjoyment in processing claim cases through personal contact as well as in legal and/or medical contexts
• Stylistically confident expression in the German language, foreign language skills (English) desired (business fluent), F, I an advantage
• Solution- and customer-oriented as well as communicative personality
• Business fluent and assertive
