Social Educator (M/F) at 50% Your mission * Offer a presence and encourage contact with target audiences. * Offer listening and receive needs. * Accompany and support the target audience (collective and individual support). * Collaborate in the procedures and actions carried out by the socio-cultural animators. * Develop the bullying prevention system across the 3 partner Communes. * Participate in the general activities of the structure. Your profile * Holder of a Bachelor in social work option << social education >>, an ES diploma in social education or an equivalent training. * Beneficiary of significant experience in out-of-wall social work. * Knowledge of the needs and development of children and adolescents. * Knowledge of the local and regional social fabric. * Ability to work autonomously and independently in a multidisciplinary team. * To be a dynamic, conscientious and benevolent person. * Skills in project management, organized working methods and spirit of initiative. * Flexibility in the irregular hours of social work. * Category B driving license mandatory.
