Versatile kitchen assistant - Permanent contract at 50%

L'Otantik Restaurant is looking for a versatile kitchen assistant:

Hours: in the evening, from 19:00 to 22:00

Your missions:

• Prepare ingredients (meat, vegetables, sauces)
• Help with the assembly and garnishing of tacos/kebab
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen
• Support the team according to needs (cooking, dishwashing, mise en place)

Profile sought:

• Imperative experience in a sandwich shop / snack / tacos / kebab
• Dynamic, reactive and organized
• Taste for cooking and teamwork
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Punctuality and seriousness
