Specialist in Care, Tagesschule Wolfsblick, Secondary Department, 50%

At Tagesschule Wolfsblick, a new place of learning and living has emerged where instruction, care, and community are interconnected.
The care for the Secondary Department belongs to Tagesschule Wolfsblick in Zürich Affoltern. Every day at midday, up to 280 young people are provided with meals and supervised. The care facility is open for the students of the Secondary Department from Monday to Friday (except Wednesday) from 11.50 to 13.30.

We are looking for a Specialist in Care to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You will work in a 5-person team in the care of the Secondary Department. You will support your work with the attitude of New Authority.
• You will perform the workload on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during approximately 8.30 to 14.30 in annual working hours.
• During school holidays, you are off (holiday and overtime compensation).
• You look after the concerns of the care services to support the students within the framework of the key person system in the school living space.
• You engage with projects or specialist inputs to support the extra-curricular competencies of the students.

Profile ##

• Specialist in Care EFZ (for applications with a foreign diploma / certificate, Swiss diploma recognition must be mandatorily attached).
• Committed, reflective, and resilient personality with a positive view of people.
• An agile way of working and very good team and communication skills.
• Professional experience in youth work characterizes your career.
