At Bildungsstätte Sommeri, we accompany adults and young people with cognitive impairments on their path towards more independence, participation, and quality of life. Our offers in the residential and working areas create protected, promoting living spaces - with respect, dignity, and heart.

For our family-like residential group with eight clients, we are looking for a committed female caregiver or a committed male caregiver who takes on responsibility and, together with our team, shapes quality of life for our clientele.

Your mission:

You support people with cognitive impairments in their everyday life - from individual care to active leisure activities. Every day brings new experiences and challenges, which makes this activity so varied and unique.

What you bring:

• Training in care, social pedagogy, or nursing
• Empathy, independence, and team spirit
• Curiosity about the WKS-Modell (Willem Kleine Schaars)
• Readiness for evening and weekend shifts
• Good PC user skills
• Driver's license B (D1 - is a plus)
