On the Kleinbasel side, in the immediate vicinity of public transport and the Rhine, lies the Claragraben residential house. Here, 20 residents with different care and support needs live in two residential groups.

Your role

With joy and professional competence, you lead, promote, and coach a support team as well as the cross-house night shift team of the Claragraben and Horburghof residential houses. You are responsible for optimal service and work planning and ensure efficient work processes as well as the quality of the services provided. When accompanying the residents in their everyday residential life, you enable as much self-determined living as possible. In addition, you are responsible for administrative and organizational tasks, such as individual service recording and periodic needs assessment (IBB-Rating). Interdisciplinary exchange with relatives and third-party agencies is also part of your responsibility.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH or Nursing Specialist HF
• Several years of professional and leadership experience; ideally with completed leadership training
• Experience in supporting people with a disability
• Confident and deliberate action in crisis situations
• Coaching leadership personality with high empathy
