Job description
As the fourth largest city in the Canton of Zürich, Dübendorf offers interesting experience and development opportunities. More than a quarter of the 2000 students also attend our Schulergänzende Betreuung. Over eighty employees ensure the professional care of the children in the morning, at noon, and in the afternoon/evening. Childcare Specialist Schulergänzende Betreuung (21.67%) To complement our team, we are looking for a Childcare Specialist for the Schulergänzende Betreuung as of 4. January 2027 or by arrangement. You will support the after-school care management mainly in the care of the children and work during school hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 11.00 to 14.30. You generally do not work during school holidays. Your tasks are:

Co-shaping the after-school care and leisure activities of the children
Independent leading of children's groups, as well as contact with parents
Domestic and administrative work
Cooperation on school-free days
Active cooperation in the team and participation in the school building
You bring with you:

Completed pedagogical training Fachperson Betreuung EFZ
A structured, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working
Very good PC skills in Microsoft Office
Joy and skill in dealing with children and parents of different cultures
A positive, flexible, uncomplicated, loyal, and humorous personality
