Finance and accounting specialist

The employer is looking for a:

Federal Accountant (finance and accounting specialist)

Tasks:

• complete accounting up to and including the annual closing
• tax returns
• preparation and conducting of assemblies
• various accounting audits
• preparation of VAT reports
• interaction with the Board of Directors
• preparation of monthly salaries
• complete personnel management
• fulfillment of all procedures related to social security contributions
• balance sheet analysis
• conclusion of employment contracts
• correspondence with customers and/or suppliers

Requirements:

• proven experience in the role of at least 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• precision and attention to detail
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of German

• employment at 40%
• employment from 01.10.2026, permanent
• salary to be agreed
