What you bring with you ###

• Commercial or equivalent training
• Professional experience in healthcare, in the hotel industry or in customer service is an advantage
• Confident German in speaking and writing (mandatory), good English and French skills desired
• Proficient user knowledge in MS Office as well as in SAP (or comparable applications)
• Strong service orientation, communication strength and enjoyment of contact with people
• Ability to work in a team, resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
