Clerk Financial Accounting and Accounts Payable (50 %)

Your area of responsibility:

• Assistance with the daily processing of incoming payments (cash, post and banks) incl. posting in the general ledger
• Forwarding of incoming payments/refunds to the Tax and Social departments
• Assistance with payment transactions (creating payment runs)
• Assistance with accounts payable management (recording, posting, workflow, payments)
• Secretariat (correspondence independently and according to specifications, copying/scanning tasks)
• Support in the department-related training of apprentices
• Information services for the Finance department

What you bring with you:

• Commercial or equivalent training
• Ideally professional experience in the field of finance in a public administration
• Digital affinity, good ICT user skills (Office, Abacus, Innosolv)
• Structured, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Good organizational skills and networked thinking
• Open, friendly appearance, temporal flexibility (workload distributed over at least 3-4 weekdays)
