We are a modern, lively swimming and sauna facility in the heart of the Seetal. People of all age groups and cultures are warmly welcome with us. To ensure our guests feel completely comfortable and safe, we are looking for a committed personality as

Pool Manager/innen 50 – 70 %

starting immediately or by arrangement.

Do you love water, enjoy working with people, and take on responsibility? Then you are exactly right with us!

Your tasks:

• Monitoring the swimming and sauna operations
• Implementation of the usage regulations
• Working in shift service, also on weekends as well as public holidays
• Monitoring the technical systems
• Cleaning and maintenance work including carrying out minor repairs
• First aid service
• Customer care
• Quality assurance of the high hygienic standards
• Contact with school, craftsmen, etc.

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic training
• Brevet igba PRO (BiP) or similar training (Fachangestellte/rBäderbetriebe)
• Joy in water and in contact with people
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Good manners and a friendly appearance
• Independent and proactive way of working
• Technical understanding and joy in practical work
• Willingness for irregular working hours
• Good German skills in speaking and writing

Career changers are warmly welcome. The required training can be acquired if there is appropriate suitability.
Technical knowledge can be learned. A good attitude cannot.
