At Oberstufenzentrum Wattenwil, students from the 7th to 9th grade (Real and Sekundarstufe) from Wattenwil and several surrounding municipalities are taught. In the 2026/27 school year, approximately 240 students attend classes at Oberstufenzentrum. Teaching is conducted with the mission statement: We are committed to a contemporary, good school in a climate of trust and mutual respect.

Tasks ###

Individual support for students takes place in an individual setting, if possible within the class. Goals are defined in close cooperation with the class team and implemented together. The MR teacher creates support plans, carries out learning level assessments, and is responsible for documentation. Exchange with parents as well as external specialist agencies takes place regularly.

Requirements ###

Training in school special education or willingness to acquire it. Great interest and joy in integrative support. Collaboration with the class team. Cooperation with the team, parents, and specialist agencies. Participation in conferences and further training.
