Administrative Employee at 20%

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a part-time Administrative Employee (20%) to support the administrative activities of the structure.

Responsibilities

• Entry, control and processing of construction site invoices on the Messerli software
• Administrative follow-up of files
• Filing and archiving of documents
• Performance of various routine secretarial tasks

Profile

• Proven experience in an administrative function
• Imperative mastery of the Messerli software in the processing of construction site invoices. This prerequisite is indispensable for the position. Applications not possessing this skill will unfortunately not be considered as part of the selection process
• Good mastery of standard IT tools
• Rigorous, organized and autonomous person
• Sense of priorities, discretion and reliability

Benefits

• Activity rate: 20 % (one day of 8h30 per week), ideal for complementing another part-time professional activity
