Your tasks Independent substantive and administrative dossier management in mandate cases, in particular: - Personal, telephone and written legal advice - Representation in procedures at the SEM in the extended procedure - Representation in appeal proceedings at the Bundesverwaltungsgericht Representation in procedures with the cantonal (migration) authorities - Observation of practice, case law and doctrine in the relevant legal areas, especially in asylum and aliens law Our requirements - University degree in law (Master of Law or lic. iur.), work experience in legal representation - Sound knowledge and practical experience in Swiss asylum and migration law - Strong legal-editorial skills in German, good Italian skills an advantage, French and English skills desired, further language skills an advantage - High social competence, resilience and flexibility - Experience in dealing with people from other cultural backgrounds, with traumatized and vulnerable persons and in intercultural communication The place of work is Luzern.
