For our customers – various companies in the field of blind construction and sun protection in the Canton of Luzern – we are constantly looking for manually skilled, reliable and motivated blind fitters as well as assistant fitters for temporary assignments.

Job Description

• Assembly and disassembly of sun and weather protection systems
• Assembly of roller shutters, venetian blinds, sun blinds and awnings
• Supporting experienced blind fitters
• Assistance with repair, service and maintenance work
• Measuring, preparing and providing the material
• Working on new builds and renovations
• Working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Working on ladders, scaffolding and aerial work platforms
• Temporary assignments with various customers in the Canton of Luzern
• Workload: 100 percent, Monday to Friday
• Short or multi-month assignments depending on availability

Requirement Profile

• Training as a blind fitter or professional experience in blind construction is an advantage
• Motivated career changers with manual experience are also welcome
• Enjoyment of physical work outdoors
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Freedom from vertigo and suitability for heights
• Reliable, independent and careful way of working
• Teamwork skills and punctuality
• Communication in German
• Driving license category B is an advantage
• Own car is helpful depending on the assignment, but not always mandatory
