Your working environment The HWZ is the largest university in Switzerland with exclusively part-time degree programs in the field of business. The HWZ Academy is part of the comprehensive range of services offered by the HWZ for lifelong learning. As a continuing education partner and companion, it offers current continuing education content for practical application. The approximately 100 public seminars are aimed at specialists and managers who wish to further their education in a compact, practice-oriented, and topic-specific manner. The focus is always on the practical application of the knowledge acquired. Furthermore, the HWZ Academy functions as an innovation platform for the entire university and develops new content and educational formats together with the departments. To strengthen our team at the HWZ, we are looking for a committed personality as Team Lead Academy 80 % Your main tasks * Leadership of the Academy team: Personnel and professional leadership of the Academy team, translation of the strategy into team goals as well as employee development and forward-looking resource planning * Operational operation: Overall responsibility for the execution of the approximately 100 public seminars and the continuous development of operational processes * Offer development: Responsibility for the development and implementation of educational offers -- from needs analysis and the definition of the offer via the commissioning and coordination of external lecturers to market launch and further development * Corporate offers: Responsibility for the planning and implementation of corporate trainings, including needs clarification, customer care as well as coordination and management of the participating lecturers * Quality & Lecturers: Responsibility for quality management, evaluation of evaluations, maintenance and expansion of the lecturer pool * Portfolio & Market: Analysis of market, competition and educational trends as well as further development of the offer portfolio * Marketing & Partnerships: Responsibility for Academy communication in cooperation with Marketing & Communication as well as maintenance and expansion of the partner network * Strategy & Positioning: Participation in the further development and positioning of the HWZ Academy as well as the preparation of decision-making bases for the Academy management * Cooperation & Projects: Close cooperation with the HWZ Ecosystems and participation in central university projects What you bring with you * Completed studies at Bachelor or HF level preferred, ideally in business administration, educational management or a related field * Several years of professional experience in continuing education, in educational management or in the development and organization of educational offers * Experience in leading teams as well as in managing projects * Experience in the implementation of continuing education offers; knowledge of digital and hybrid learning formats is an advantage * Entrepreneurial thinking, a strong understanding of market and customer needs as well as enjoyment in the further development of offers * Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working with strong organizational talent * Strong customer and service orientation as well as a confident appearance towards lecturers, partners and corporate customers * Affinity for communication and digital tools * Proficient German in speaking and writing as well as good English skills What we offer At the HWZ, a flexible working environment in the middle of Zürich awaits you.
