For our client in the Toggenburg region, we are looking for a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ with experience in long-term care or Spitex for a temporary assignment in a new, modern senior center with around 100 care places.
Requirement profile
Completed training as Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
Professional experience in long-term care or Spitex
Independent and responsible way of working
Good German skills and high social competence
Tasks
Individual care and support of the residents
Execution of medical-technical and treatment nursing tasks
Nursing documentation as well as passing on relevant observations and information
Collaboration in the interprofessional team
