Mandate Management Fiduciary (m/f/d) (70%-90%)

ConfiTax is a modern and customer-oriented fiduciary company with a focus on personal advice, high quality, and sustainable solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed fiduciary with at least 5 years of practical experience.
Employment percentage: 70-90%
Basel (Basel region)
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement

Tasks

• Independent management of your own mandate portfolio
• Conducting financial and payroll accounting
• Independent preparation of annual financial statements (SME, sole proprietorships, GmbH, AG)
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Processing of VAT returns, support during audits and tax examinations
• General fiduciary and administrative tasks
• Real estate accounting

Qualification

• Completed commercial training
• Further training in the fiduciary sector (e.g., fiduciary clerk or in training to become a fiduciary FA is an advantage)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector in Switzerland
• Very good knowledge of accounting, tax law, and VAT as well as an independent, exact, and reliable way of working
• Customer-oriented appearance and ability to work in a team
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (English is an advantage)
• Real estate accounting (advantage)
