• Committed, competent, and friendly advice and service for our customers
• Ensuring product availability: ordering, checking, and storing goods
• Product presentation and assortment maintenance
• Operating the cash register and creating delivery notes
• Carrying out quality and date checks

• Completed training as a Retail Specialist, ideally in the LANDI industry; agricultural knowledge is an advantage
• Pleasant manners and enjoyment in contact with customers
• Independent, customer-oriented, committed, and reliable way of working
• Flexibility regarding work assignments (including Saturday shifts)
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of cooperation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Resilient and organized - even in hectic times
• Forklift license is an advantage
