Do you love active customer contact, have a natural talent for sales, and inspire international guests with your friendly manner? For our customer at Flughafen Zürich, we are looking for motivated sales talents who enjoy upselling and excellent service.

These are your tasks:

• Active advice and support for international customers
• Achieving sales targets through targeted product advice
• Applying sales strengths (additional sales such as cross- & up-selling)
• Attractive presentation of premium products (chocolate, spirits, cigars)
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the store

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Experience in sales is mandatory
• Languages: Very good English (mandatory) as well as German (at least level B2 spoken)
• Strong competence in active customer approach and upselling
• Flexibility: Readiness for shift work (working hours daily between 05:00 and 23:15, incl. weekends/public holidays)
• Polished, professional appearance and joy in dealing with international guests
• You are a reliable team player and enjoy contributing to a dynamic and multicultural working environment.
