Mission

This role involves managing and resolving technical problems, maintaining IT equipment to ensure service continuity, as well as the delivery and installation of materials.

• Updating hardware and software inventory
• Setting up and configuring workstations
• Deployment, installation, and restoration of applications and server migrations (File, Active Directory, RDS Farm, etc.).
• Installation of secure networks (switch, firewall)
• Securing infrastructures (backup, antispam, secure mail, antivirus)
• Monitoring and resolving IT incidents
• Customer advisory

Profile sought

• CFC in IT
• Manual driver's license mandatory
• Fluent French
• Good writing skills
• Mastery of the following technologies:
• Hardware (micro-computers, peripherals, etc.)
• Microsoft Systems (10, 11 / WS 2022, 2025 AD, DNS, DHCP, RDS, Broker)
• Office 365 administration
• Network (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN) on HPE ARUBA hardware

Firewall on Sophos hardware

• Incident management tool
• A sociable, helpful, respectful, motivated person. Good presentation and smiling. Who has a sense of good communication, is a good listener and autonomous. Essential qualities for working in a team.
