Payroll collaborator M/F salary management

For one of our clients based in Genève and active in the industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to strengthen its HR team as part of a long-term temporary mission

Your responsibilities:

• Complete management of Swiss salaries from A to Z for a population of employees.
• Administration of the employee life cycle: entries, mutations, exits, and management of personnel data.
• Management and monitoring of social insurances (AVS, AI, APG, AC, LPP, LAA, IJM, family allowances, etc.).
• Preparation of declarations and monitoring of legal obligations related to payroll.
• Control and reconciliation of salary data.
• Interface with employees, authorities, and external partners.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes.

Your profile :

• Proven experience in Swiss salary management from A to Z.
• Excellent mastery of Swiss social insurances.
• Experience in HR administrative management and the employee life cycle.
• Indispensable mastery of GIT or Abacus.
• Fluent French, both spoken and written.
• Rigorous, autonomous person with an excellent sense of confidentiality.
