In our oncological secretariat in Burgdorf, we are a well-coordinated team that works with great commitment, empathy, and professionalism. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement. The position is initially limited to six months, with the option of extension.

Your responsibility

• You enjoy the work: You welcome our patients most cordially
• You bring order to everyday life: You coordinate the consultations and ensure smooth appointment scheduling
• You keep an overview: You organize examinations, create patient summons, and carry out medical documentation carefully
• You strengthen our processes: You prepare the tumor boards organizationally and ensure a structured process
• You take care of the essentials: From ordering to material management – you ensure that everything is ready
• You regulate the administrative: You handle correspondence with health insurance companies and process requests for cost coverage. You enjoy writing reports
• You work precisely: The billing of reports and tumor boards in IBI Care is your responsibility
• You are our voice to the outside world: On the phone, you appear empathetic, competent, and professional

What you bring

• A basic medical or commercial education with additional training as a medical secretary or MPA.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and experience in writing from dictation.
• Proficient use of the PC and common programs
• You are a team player, resilient, and enjoy working with and for people
