We are looking for a Specialist Accounting & Finance 60% (f/m/d) starting mid-January or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of the ongoing accounting of a small group company with a focus on accounts payable as well as accounts receivable with payment, dunning, and debt collection management
• Preparation of the monthly internal interim financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, accruals, fixed asset accounting, etc.) including account reconciliation
• Independent management of the ongoing VAT accounting as well as preparation of the VAT returns
• Preparation and creation of the annual financial statements according to OR in cooperation with the supervisor and the auditing body
• Support in the preparation of the monthly controlling and reporting instruments for the management and the Board of Directors
• Further development and responsibility for the internal financial processes and active participation in projects
• Contact person for financial questions for external and internal stakeholders
• Internal support in the administrative area

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training and sound further training in the field of accounting and finance or higher vocational training (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting or Higher Federal Diploma in Accounting and Controlling) or an equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of practice and experience in accounting, ideally in the production or industrial sector
• Very good user knowledge in ABACUS and confident handling of MS-Office
• Proficient German in speaking and writing, English is an advantage
• High affinity for numbers as well as a systematic and precise way of working
• Analytical-networked process thinking and problem-solving and implementation competence
• Understanding of numbers as well as their analysis and interpretation
