YOUR TASKS

• In collaboration with the team, you welcome our patients, visitors, as well as customers, represent the clinic, and create a benevolent atmosphere
• You are the first point of contact, work closely with all departments, and are responsible for an optimal flow of information (reception, patient admission, emergency, doctors, and bed services)
• Managing the telephone switchboard is part of your tasks as well as various administrative tasks
• As a team, you cover morning and evening services as well as weekends

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an experienced receptionist with several years of professional experience
• You are used to evening shifts as well as weekends
• Openness to novelty, great flexibility, and commitment are obvious to you
• Communication in German and French poses no problem for you (any other language, notably English and Italian, is an asset)
• You have good computer skills and a technical sense for different operating systems
• You are the first point of contact and distinguish yourself by a strong customer orientation as well as a neat presentation
• With you, our reception team gains a loyal and capable team player, flexible and resilient, who loves contact with people
