Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. As part of the development of activities within the city of Porrentruy, we are looking for:

Social respondent at 40-60 %

Mission:

• Accompany beneficiaries in their training and professional integration project
• Work in connection and in a network with the institutional environment according to the framework prescribed by our clients
• Ensure the follow-up and psychosocial support of our beneficiaries (minors and adults) welcomed in observation, evaluation, or training
• Participate in the implementation of individualized socio-professional projects
• Organize network interviews with the family or partners
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Prepare and participate in syntheses with our clients
• Participate in the creation and animation of workshops related to support for professional integration
• Write reports for our clients

Profile and skills:

• Social worker training (educator, social assistant) recognized by HES or a title deemed equivalent
• Experience in accompanying neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health impairments
• Confirmed professional experience in a similar function desired
• In-depth knowledge of the local associative fabric and network institutions
• Ability to work and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
• Writing skills and very good mastery of IT tools
• Ability to analyze complex psychosocial situations
• Aptitude to respect the requirements of placement services
• Autonomous and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
• Sense of organization and priorities
• Communication skills, oriented toward collaborative work and strong team spirit
