Store Manager (m/f/d) 80%
Your role
As Store Manager, you are the host and ambassador of our brand.
You take full responsibility for your team and ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable in your store.
Your tasks
Leadership: You motivate your team, take over personnel management and shift planning.
Performance: You are responsible for turnover, the cash desk and analyze the shop performance weekly.
Brand Experience: You are responsible for visual merchandising and creative window displays.
Operations: You manage inventory, ordering and assortment maintenance.
Your profile
You have a great passion for fashion and enjoy selling.
You already bring sales experience as well as initial leadership experience.
You are an open-minded, authentic and service-oriented personality.
You work with personal commitment, reliability and speak business fluent German.
