On behalf of one of our clients, a company active in the industrial/technological sector, we are looking for a Customer and Supplier Accounts Clerk for a temporary mission renewable at 80%. Position based in Genève.

Your missions

• Accounts receivable: invoicing, reminders, bank reconciliation, data transfer from various tools
• Daily management of customer orders and invoices
• Accounts payable: recording of invoices (excluding logistics), expense reports, credit cards
• Administrative support: telephone and physical reception of customers

Your profile

• CFC employé de commerce (finance/accounting option) or equivalent training
• Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing
• Good knowledge of Swiss general accounting and accounting closing principles
• Comfortable with Excel/MS Office; experience with an ERP or accounting software is a plus
• Impeccable French and very good level of English (written and oral); Italian/German a plus
• Great professional ease, rigor, sense of confidentiality, autonomy and team spirit
