In order to strengthen our Supply Chain department, we are looking for a motivated, organized and solution-oriented operational buyer / purchasing coordinator.
You will work in close collaboration with the Purchasing, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Customer Service and Finance teams, while ensuring effective coordination with our suppliers and logistics partners.

Your field of action ##

• Create and monitor purchase orders in SAP
• Coordinate transport and verify logistics documents and quality certificates
• Prepare files and reports necessary for marketing and purchasing meetings
• Participate in monitoring the creation and modification of articles in collaboration with the relevant teams
• Create and maintain product master data in SAP
• Team support & Back-up

Your assets ##

• Commercial or administrative training (CFC or equivalent)
• First professional experience in purchasing, logistics, administration or supply chain
• Strong interest in operational processes and coordination
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ease in transversal work with multiple interlocutors
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools; SAP is an asset
• French, good knowledge of English, knowledge of German
