We are looking for a Department Manager 60-80% with agogic work (career changers possible) immediately or by arrangement.

fiwo is a social enterprise based in Amriswil TG. We work mainly with people receiving unemployment benefits, to whom we offer a daily structure as well as support in the area of integration into the primary labor market.
On the productive side, we work with Swiss sheep wool. fiwo is the largest processor of Swiss sheep wool. We collect this throughout Switzerland and then process it into insulation for construction, bedding, felting, and fertilizer.
Do you bring experience in personnel management as well as in agogic work and are you interested in the raw material sheep wool?

Your area of activity:

• leading the wool sorting
• active participation in the wool sorting
• receiving sheep wool and its classification
• agogic work (also possible for career changers)
• support assignments in the entire production

Your qualifications:

• industrial experience is an advantage
• German as a native language desired (at least B2)
• manual dexterity
• good physical condition
• resilient and flexible
• no trouble with heat, dust, and intense odors
• forklift license is an advantage
• good PC skills - Microsoft Office user
