What you will do

• Cleaning of dishes and kitchen utensils
• Independent execution of general cleaning work
• Support in plating food
• Compliance with ISO, HACCP, and hygiene regulations
• Maintaining and documenting cleaning and washing plans

What you bring with you

• At least one year of experience in communal catering and dishwashing kitchens
• Good German language skills in speaking and understanding

Your place of work

To complete our motivated SV-team in the restaurant of Empa/Eawag in Dübendorf, we are looking for you!
You and your team pamper our guests daily with a diverse range: varied menus, vegetarian dishes, salads and snacks, as well as a sophisticated catering offering for conferences and receptions.
Regulated working hours apply, primarily from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 15.00. For occasional evening events (approx. 1-2 per month), you are flexibly available.
