Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) 40% plus 5% for holiday replacement - in jobsharing Your tasks - versatile and close to people Customer contact with heart: You assist our customers professionally, friendly, and solution-oriented by telephone. Data under control: You record and maintain customer and order data carefully and reliably. Well-prepared on the go: You prepare working materials and electronic work devices for our employees. Organization is your strength: You maintain various Excel lists and keep an eye on stock levels, orders, and delivery dates. Communication that arrives: You write and design letters for our customers as well as our employees. Variety included: You take on diverse administrative tasks and support the team in day-to-day business.
