Controller Tamina Therme AG 50% (w/m/i)

Your tasks ##

• Responsible for ongoing controlling, reporting and the annual financial planning process (rolling multi-year planning, forecast, budget) for the business unit Tamina Therme AG
• Creation of meaningful ad-hoc analyses and decision templates for management
• Creation of profitability and investment calculations as a basis for strategic and operational decision-making processes
• Participation in projects, particularly in the digitalization and further development of processes as well as reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI)
• Support the Head of Finance & Controlling in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER

Your profile ##

• Higher business administration training (University of Applied Sciences, federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent further training)
• Several years of professional experience in controlling with a focus on management reporting, KPI management including recommendations for action, cost accounting and business partnering
• Strong analytical skills as well as a process- and solution-oriented way of working and high service orientation
• High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to identify and implement optimization potential
• High IT affinity and proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as ERP systems
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
