For our client, a renowned social institution in Baselland, we are looking for an engaged, resilient and empathetic personality for a temporary assignment as a Specialist in Care EFZ (FaBe) 50-100% in the area of daily activities.
Your tasks
Care, promotion, nursing and activation of adults with impairments
Accompanying and supporting in the workshop and module areas
Participation in the individual and resource-oriented accompaniment of clients
Collaboration in agogic process design
Assumption of administrative and organizational tasks
Support in the sale of products manufactured in the workshop
Cooperation with relatives, legal representatives as well as internal and external specialist agencies
Active collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
Your profile
Completed training as Specialist in Care EFZ (FaBe) with a specialization in people with disabilities
Mandatory professional experience in the disability sector
Experience in the care and accompaniment of adults with impairments
Creative, design or manual skills are an advantage
Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
Good PC user skills
Team-oriented, appreciative and reliable personality
