Aufberg AG offers a unique chain of services in the care and support of toddlers, children, adolescents, women, and families in Northwestern Switzerland.

We have a modern infrastructure and a total of 250 residential and care places at various locations in the cantons of Basel-Landschaft and Basel-Stadt. The focus of our pedagogical work lies on creating optimal transitions between the individual services and maximum relationship continuity. Needs orientation and flexibilization set the direction for the development of our service offering. This offering is continuously reviewed, further differentiated, and expanded if necessary. Wherever possible, we respond individually to the needs of our clients.

As a certified organization, we work according to the Bündner Standard for the prevention and processing of boundary-violating behavior.

For our youth group team at the children's home in Seltisberg, which promotes adolescents on their way to independence in an adequate and safe living space, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Enjoyment of working with adolescents, teamwork skills, as well as flexibility and resilience are important requirements for this exciting task.

To support the team, we are looking for a flexible person who will assist us on weekends, for night shifts, and as sick leave cover. The assignments take place by mutual agreement and on call; employment is on an hourly basis.

Main tasks include in particular:

• Care of the adolescents in the residential group
• If required, cooperation with parents, relatives, and therapists
• Supporting the reference persons in administrative work
• Supporting the preparation and implementation of various activities at the group level (leisure activities, day trips, various events)
• Performing and instructing household tasks involving the adolescents (preparing various meals, cleaning, maintaining order)

If you possess the following competencies, we can offer you an interesting position in a professional and family-like environment:

• You have training or an equivalent qualification in the social sector
• You bring great flexibility and are open to irregular assignments (incl. weekend and night shifts), which are generously compensated
• It is an advantage if you possess a category B driver's license
