The municipality of Gossau ZH in the Zürcher Oberland has over 10'500 inhabitants. In our service-oriented municipal administration, around 130 employees work in six departments. The partial specialist area of Room and Occupancy Management of the Real Estate Department ensures the smooth operation of municipal properties, facilities, and infrastructures -- from room management and event support to inspection rounds. As of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed Specialist Room and Occupancy Management (20% - 50%) with a focus on event support. Your area of responsibility: * Customer support including preparation, support, and follow-up of events * Provision of infrastructure (setup and dismantling) * Ensuring object security (including fire protection regulations) during room occupancy and facility use * Carrying out inspection rounds and reporting malfunctions, damage, and security-relevant deficiencies * Performing on-call duty * Support in the Tannenberg outdoor pool during the swimming season * optional lifeguard supervision during public swimming operations.
