We are Telemarketing Plus AG in Emmenbrücke. We have been making calls for companies since 1992 and are a team of eight people.

With us, you only call companies, never private individuals. The conversations are therefore factual and calm, and you are dealing with people who are at work just like you.

Three things are different with us than elsewhere:

You receive a fixed wage per hour, no commission. Your wage remains the same, regardless of how a conversation goes. We deliberately take this pressure away from you.
You tell us when you want to work. New every week, or always the same days. Exactly as it suits you better.
Agreed hours remain agreed. We do not cancel shifts if there is currently less work. You can therefore count on your wage.
For every full half-day, you have a paid break of 15 minutes and can refresh yourself with free coffee.

Perhaps you are looking for a part-time position. Perhaps you are re-entering after a family break. Perhaps you are looking for a second job, are retired, or are studying. We look forward to getting to know you.

A working day with us lasts at most 7.5 hours. Two full days are 15 hours per week, three full days 22.5 hours. If mornings suit you better, that is also possible.
Tasks

You call companies and inform them about our customers' products.
You make appointments for our customers' field service.
You inquire about what the companies need.
You keep our addresses up to date.

For every project, you will receive training and a guide from us. Everything you need to know is in there. However, you do not have to read it verbatim. Use your own words, then you will sound natural on the phone. That is exactly what we want.
Qualification

You enjoy making phone calls and like contact with people.
You speak Swiss German.
You can work 15 to 24 hours per week with us in Emmenbrücke. Home office is unfortunately not possible with this work.
You arrive at the times that you have agreed upon.
Experience is an advantage, but you do not need any. We will show you everything and will not leave you alone.

Benefits

CHF 26.60 to 35.00 per hour. Holidays and public holidays are already included.
You determine your working hours yourself from week to week. We stick to the agreed hours.

Start on 1 January 2027 or on 1 February 2027. If you can start earlier, we will find a solution.
