Your tasks ###

• Mastery of masonry, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting works
• Reading plans and implementation according to directives
• Organization and monitoring of daily work
• Management of materials, orders, and optimization of resources
• Quality control of works and compliance with tolerances
• Strict application of HSE safety rules and risk prevention
• Writing of reports, work orders, and simple administrative follow-up.
• Preparation and installation of construction sites
• Compliance with safety and quality standards
• Team management on new construction and renovation sites

Your Profile ###

• CFC Mason or equivalent training
• Confirmed experience as a Construction Team Leader in Switzerland
• Excellent technical skills in structural engineering
• Ability to manage unforeseen events and maintain good team dynamics
• Driving license mandatory
• Mastery of spoken and written French
