Your main tasks

• Setting up, operating and monitoring production and packaging plants
• Preparing and providing raw materials and packaging materials
• Optimizing and adjusting machine settings for a smooth production process
• Carrying out quality controls according to specifications
• Recognizing and rectifying minor malfunctions as well as reporting technical defects
• Maintaining production and manufacturing documentation
• Cleaning the plants and complying with hygiene and safety regulations

Your profile

• Professional experience as a plant operator or machine operator is mandatory
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with machines and production plants
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Good physical condition and resilience
• Good German skills
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working
• High sense of responsibility and enjoyment of teamwork
