ICT Support Employee / Working Student (60-80 %)

Fixed-term employment (6 months) The position is suitable for both persons with completed IT training and students in the field of computer science or a related course of study who wish to gain practical professional experience and apply their knowledge in a versatile ICT environment. Your tasks * You advise the employees of NMS as well as the learners and students of the various educational courses in the application of ICT and the resolution of ICT problems. * You ensure the support of the lecturers, teachers, learners, and students, particularly in the area of Microsoft 365. * You support the administration of the NMS domains as well as the creation and management of user accounts. * You support the Head of IT in the maintenance of the client, server, and network infrastructure on a Microsoft basis (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Hyper-V). * You participate in projects for the ICT area. Your profile * You have completed IT training (EFZ), are in the middle of a computer science degree, or bring comparable ICT knowledge. * You have good basic ICT knowledge and ideally have already gained initial experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or Azure. * You have an interest in cloud technologies and want to deepen your knowledge in the administration of Microsoft environments. * You have an interest in the future-oriented development of the entire IT architecture. * You enjoy versatile ICT tasks, work independently and in a service-oriented manner, and are open to new things.
