Social Pedagogue 60% Wohnen in Ausbildung (WiA)

Das Zentrum für Sozial- und Heilpädagogik Landorf Köniz - Schlössli Kehrsatz (ZSHKK) is a social pedagogical and school service organization. Our offer is aimed at children, adolescents, young adults and families. On behalf of the Kantonalen Jugendamtes (KJA) and the Amtes für Kindergarten Volksschule und Beratung (AKVB), we take over the social pedagogical care and schooling of children, adolescents and young adults with special educational needs in close cooperation with the parents.

For our offer Wohnen in Ausbildung (WiA) at the Weiermatt location in Köniz, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue 60%. In the WiA, adolescents and young adults live in vocational orientation and training. In two residential houses, young people between the ages of 15 and 25 are cared for, supported and accompanied in a step model. The primary objectives are a successful completion of training, the ability to live independently and lead a self-determined life.

Your tasks

|| Individual support, care and accompaniment of adolescents and young adults taking into account their personal needs and resources as well as within the framework of a structured everyday life and relationship design
|| Reference person work and continuous accompaniment of the adolescents and young adults in their personal and social development
|| Interdisciplinary cooperation and coordination with parents, schools, training companies, authorities and specialist agencies
|| Taking over administrative, organizational and domestic tasks within the framework of everyday care

Your profile

|| Reliable and authentic personality who convinces with natural authority, clarity, warmth and humor
|| Team spirit, strong communication skills and an independent way of working as well as enjoyment of constructive cooperation
|| Flexibility and resilience, combined with the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
|| Completed social pedagogical training
|| Systemic basic attitude and resource-oriented perspective in dealing with adolescents and young adults
|| Confident handling of the PC as well as good user knowledge in MS Office and SocialWeb
|| Driver's license category B is an advantage
