Your tasks

• Support of our hospital information system application KISIM
• Ensuring internal support as well as on-call service and maintenance work
• Specification of technical requirements in cooperation with the specialist departments and suppliers
• Project participation and management of sub-projects
• Implementation of employee training
• Creation and maintenance of documentation

Your profile

• IT-affine person from the healthcare sector with professional experience in an acute care hospital or completed training as an Informatiker EFZ with experience in application support
• Practical experience with a hospital information system, ideally with «KISIM» is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility, good analytical skills as well as openness to new technologies
• Good communication skills (German at native speaker level, oral and written) as well as a strong customer and service orientation
